CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

Full Time NDT TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

– Based out of Red Deer, Alberta

We are seeking an ambitious applicant who would assist a multi-ticketed Lead Inspector in performing various NDT Inspections, gaining exposure to corrosion surveys, turnarounds, failures, and repairs, etc.

No Inspection experience is required however, preference will be given to those with past oil field experience including Welding/Material Engineering Technology or NDT fundamental grads. 

Expectations of Successful Candidate:

  • Must be willing to travel throughout Alberta, B.C., and Saskatchewan for extended periods of time.
  • Accelerated career advancement based on a training schedule that will be discussed during the interviewing process.
  • Able to work up to 12-hours per day in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently or in a team environment.
  • Quick learner with an aptitude for technology who is proficient with Microsoft word and Excel.
  • Clean drivers abstract.
  • Have a strong safety focus.
  • Good physical condition.
  • Able to work outside in all seasons and weather conditions.
    Full Time NDT INSPECTOR

    – Based out of Central Alberta

    We are seeking an ambitious NDT Inspector with the ability to perform various NDT and visual inspections, possessing experience with corrosion surveys, turnarounds and repairs. Must have current CGSB UT Level 1 or 2 and MT Level 2 certifications at a minimum.

     

    Expectations of Successful Candidate:

    • Required CGSB certification: UT Level 1 or 2 and MT Level 2.
    • Visual certifications: API 510, ABSA ISI considered an asset.
    • Other CGSB and API certifications considered an asset.
    • Must be willing to travel throughout Alberta, B.C., and Saskatchewan for extended periods of time (up to 3 weeks).
    • Possess the knowledge and experience for proper examination of equipment under inspection.
    • Strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
    • Complete reports in a timely and proficient manner. • Able to work up to 12-hours per day in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently or in a team environment.
    • Quick learner with an aptitude for technology who is proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Clean drivers abstract.
    • Instruct, train and supervise Technical Assistants.
    • Attention to detail with good client/team communication skills.
    • Able to work outside in all seasons and weather conditions.
